Aaron Betton
My name is Aaron Betton. I am a first-year Naturopathic Medical Student, class of 2024, at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ.
I am from Chicago, IL, where I was born and raised, it’s also where I completed my undergraduate education obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After I graduated, I worked in a Level 1 trauma center as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse. I served on multiple hospital committees during my employment. I then took the time away from ICU to work in a Cardiology clinic, where it became evident to me that it was time to set on my dreams and pursue medicine, Naturopathic Medicine that is.
In my free time, I enjoy sightseeing, hiking in nature, gardening, archery, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
I am so excited to be serving as the 2021-2022 International Chief Financial Officer where I get to utilize the accounting skills I developed. I look forward to helping NMSA continue to thrive, positively impacting the future of naturopathic medicine.
